Welcome! You have stumbled upon the official website of the Czech Association for the Study of English, a member of The European Society for the Study of English.
The aim of CZASE is to promote and advance English studies in the Czech Republic. We welcome researchers, teachers and other professionals interested in the study of English, translation, literatures in English and cultures of English-speaking countries. The association seeks to establish contacts among scholars in English studies within the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it enables Czech scholars to exchange knowledge and skills, to coordinate activities between universities and it encourages both intra and international cooperation.
